Q: How did you pick your playing number?A: My favourite goalie was Olaf Kolzig and he was 37. However I never used it until University when I lucked out and they gave me 37
Q: Do you have a nickname at hockey?
A: Bergy
Q: When did you start playing hockey?
A: 5 years old playing street hockey, I was 9 when I started ice hockey
Q: How did you score your first goal?
A: Scored it on a breakaway, nice deke, then I decided to be a goalie.
Q: Do you have a set move on a breakaway or do you decide on the way in?
A: I'm a goalie so I just read and react
Q: Who was your favourite NHL player growing up?
A: Felix Potvin
Q: What other sports do you follow?
A: NHL, NFL and MLB
Q: Do you have a favourite shot?
A: Shots right into my glove
A: What’s the most memorable moment of your hockey career?
A: First win in CIS. Beat Ottawa University 3-2 , I got the first star.
Q: Worst injury you have had in a game?
A: Fractured skull from my head getting hit into the post.
Q: What do you do in your free time away from hockey?
A: Read and hit the gym
Q: What’s your dream car?
A: Skyline GTR, Really love the R34’s but I'm not picky
Q: You’ve just won the lottery what do you do?
A: Pay off my debt, get my fiancée a ring, go travel and buy a house somewhere. Probably party fairly hard for a while as well
Q: What’s your future ambition?
A: Be a teacher and a full time Junior or University hockey coach
Q: Favourite moment with the Bears?
A: First win against the Melbourne Mustangs, great song afterwards
Q: What do you have on your ipod right now?
A: A lot, but listening to Brian Regan, favourite comedian, its fun to just laugh my head off and people just think i'm crazy.
Q: What do you enjoy most about playing hockey?
A: Hanging out with the boys

A: Miracle and Don Cherry’s movies as a kid
