The Bears dropped their second meeting against the Knights in 2 weeks, going down 10-5 in a wild goal filled game.
The Knights jumped out to an early 3-0 lead before Vlad Rubes finally got the Bears on the board scoring five hole on Knights goalie Justin Mendham. Brett Nelson-Bond scored just before the end of the period to pull the Bears within 2, but it was the Knights outshooting the Bears 18-6 after the first period.
Continuing to pressure in the second period the Knights managed to score 4 more goals before Tony Demelinne hammered a slap shot in from the point whilst on the powerplay to give the Bears some much needed life.
In the third period Tony Demelinne scored 2 more to complete the hat trick.
"We just weren't prepared for the game last night" said assistant captain Brett Nelson-Bond

The Bears have a chance of redemption this weekend as they face the Gold Coast Blue Tongues Sudnay night at the Penrith Ice Palace.
